Our Shipping Process

Our aim is to offer short handling time and fast delivery on all our products, ensuring our customers receive their item as fast as possible.

All our products available on our website are sourced and despatched from our own UK stock, we do not sell items that are out of stock.

We despatch orders with minimum handling time to meet the couriers daily collection times. 

Orders for all products placed before 4pm on weekdays Monday to Friday are despatched to the courier on the same day, after 4pm we despatch the following day.

Saturday Orders- We despatch on the same day to the courier.

Sunday orders - We despatch to the courier on Monday.

We use Royal mail tracked 24 parcels as a standard postage method and Royal mail Age Verified postage for bladed tools.

We offer free postage on all orders over £75.00

The services we use include parcel tracking and e mail notifications on parcel status to our customers.

Delivery times can vary depending on location in the UK, and are controlled by the courier service, but we endeavour to send out all our products as quickly as possible, keeping handling time to an absolute minimum, our selected postage method is a 24 hour service.

Parcel handling times by the courier can vary over the weekend.

Delivery times can also vary at busy times of the year, particularly running up to the Christmas period due to the volume of parcels handled by couriers and weather conditions / access in some areas..
